THE SERVICE 

1. Relationship is a Skill (the service) is a course provided by Susie Kim Pty Ltd (645 458 653) and delivered by Susie Kim (me) as a representative of the provider to you, the client ("you"). 

2. This service does not deal with the diagnosis or treatment of emotional or mental health problems, and is not a substitute for medical treatment. 

PAYMENT & REFUNDS

3. Refunds are not available for change of mind. If there is a major problem with the service, liability is limited to providing the service again or, if that is not possible within a reasonable time, to refund the amount paid for the program. 

4. All payments made through this website are processed using Stripe.

All payment plans are processed automatically by Stripe, as a direct debit from your nominated debit or credit card.

It is your responsibility to ensure that there are sufficient funds in your account or credit card to process your payment plan instalments.

If payment fails, Stripe will attempt to process the payment twice more. If payment still fails to go through, I will contact you to remedy the situation. Access to the service may be revoked until payment is received. If payment is not received within 2 weeks of the agreed due date, I will consider you to have cancelled this agreement, unless we have made alternative arrangements.

5. The content of this website and content provided during the course of this program is protected by copyright law and treaties around the world, with all rights reserved.

As a participant of the service, course content may be downloaded to a local hard disk strictly for your personal and non-commercial use. Course content contains my trade secrets that are offered exclusively to clients. It is an essential condition of participation that you agree that you will not provide extracts of any course content to anyone else under any circumstances.

Commercial exploitation of my content in any way that competes with my business is strictly prohibited

INDEMNITY 

6. You agree to take full responsibility for the implementation of any suggestions made during the program, and agree to indemnify the program provider against any consequences that arise directly or indirectly from your actions. 

You agree that if this indemnity is unenforceable for any reason, the total cumulative liability of the program provider for any and all causes of action shall not exceed the amount paid for the program.
